The 30-Day Challenge

One thing a day instead of the scroll. Tick each box as you go — your progress saves automatically, so come back tomorrow and pick up where you left off.

Your progress 0 of 30
✝

All 30 days. You did it.

You chose Christ over the scroll for a month straight. That's not a small thing. Whatever happened in those 30 days — keep going.

"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion." — Philippians 1:6

Week 1Come as you are Low pressure. Just show up.
Day 1
Read one Psalm out loud.
Any one. Try Psalm 23 or Psalm 46. Let the words leave your mouth instead of your screen.
"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want." — Psalm 23:1
Day 2
Write down three things no "like" could give you.
Pen and paper. Name what came from God, not from your phone.
"Every good and perfect gift is from above." — James 1:17
Day 3
Text someone you've been meaning to reach.
No reason needed. Just "thinking of you."
Day 4
Play the Bible trivia. Beat your own score.
Have fun with it. Challenge somebody.
Day 5
Look up a church near you. Just look.
No commitment. Just see what's there.
Day 6
Sit in silence for five minutes and talk to God.
No script. He already knows your heart — but say it out loud anyway.
"Be still, and know that I am God." — Psalm 46:10
Day 7
Rest. Actually rest.
God rested on the seventh day and He didn't need to. He was showing you how.
"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28
Week 2Go deeper Building the habit.
Day 8
Read today's Proverb.
There are 31 — read the one matching today's date. Wisdom for real life.
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." — Proverbs 3:5
Day 9
Do one act of kindness and tell nobody.
No post. No story. No credit. That's the purest kind.
"Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing." — Matthew 6:3
Day 10
Write out a prayer by hand.
Not typed. Something about writing it makes it land differently.
Day 11
Swap your playlist for worship — just today.
Commute, workout, dishes. Notice what it does to your mood.
Day 12
Share this site with one person.
One. Tell them what you're doing and why.
Day 13
Study someone in the Bible you've never looked at.
Not David. Not Moses. Try Gideon, Ruth, Barnabas, or the woman at the well.
Day 14
Ask God the question you've been avoiding.
He can handle it. He's heard harder ones. Don't perform today — be real.
"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." — Jeremiah 29:13
Week 3Live it out Faith that gets off the couch.
Day 15
Give one hour to someone who needs it.
That's less time than most people scroll today.
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for me." — Matthew 25:40
Day 16
Memorize one verse and carry it all day.
Phone wallpaper. Index card in your pocket. Say it in traffic.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." — Philippians 4:13
Day 17
Phone face-down for one full hour.
No peeking. See what you notice.
Day 18
Bring food to somebody.
Cook it or buy it. Leave it on a doorstep if you want.
Day 19
Go to a church service — in person or online.
You don't have to have it figured out. You don't have to dress up. Just go.
Day 20
Write down how you first heard about Jesus.
Even if it's short. Even if it's messy. Nobody has your exact story.
Day 21
Pray for someone who gets on your nerves.
Say their name. Ask God to bless them. This one changes you more than them.
"Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse." — Romans 12:14
Week 4 ✝What it all comes down to Gentle, but real.
Day 22
Read Romans 3:23 and sit with it.
That's not condemnation — it's the starting line. It means everybody qualifies for grace.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." — Romans 3:23
Day 23
Read Romans 6:23 — the whole verse.
There's a "but" in the middle that changes everything. Read it twice.
"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." — Romans 6:23
Day 24
Think about the fact that Jesus chose it.
He could have called it off. He didn't. That choice had your name on it.
"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends." — John 15:13
Day 25
Talk to somebody about faith.
A pastor, a friend, family. Say where you actually are. You don't have to sort this out alone.
Day 26
Read about the thief on the cross. Luke 23:39–43.
No time left, nothing to offer — and Jesus still said yes. That's grace with no fine print.
"Today you will be with me in paradise." — Luke 23:43
Day 27 ✝
Ask yourself honestly: have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour?
Not your parents' faith. Not a prayer you can't remember. Yours. If the answer is "I'm not sure" — that's the most honest place you can be, and He meets you right there.
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock." — Revelation 3:20
Day 28 ✝
If yes — celebrate it. If not yet — today can be the day.
This is the most important decision you will ever make. Not a religion. A relationship.
"Lord Jesus, I know I'm a sinner. I believe you died for me and rose again. I turn from my sin and I invite you into my life as my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for saving me. Amen."

If you just prayed that — welcome home. Tell somebody today.
"If you declare with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." — Romans 10:9
Day 29
Write a letter to yourself, one year out.
Where do you want to be spiritually? Seal it. Open it next year.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD. — Jeremiah 29:11
Day 30
Pass it on. Give somebody else this challenge.
You made it 30 days. Now hand it to one more person. That's how it spreads.
"Go and make disciples of all nations." — Matthew 28:19
